Is it bad/dangerous to hang with this kind of ADS 4-8h a day on 2500g or more tension?

Made one today. Tried it several times and just couldn't make it work. Never felt tight enough and just pulled right off. Good thing it cost less than $20.

Did you try applying a cable clamp around it? There are many great extender out there for $40 or less. My favorite is the gripping trainer for $35. Then there is the malehanger2 for $40.

It's easier when it has already been made for you.

I just made one of these and have tried it for 10 minutes hanging 5lb and it seems comfortable I have actually used 'blu tack' instead of the rubber/foam pads and also used cohesive bandage as a comfort layer and this seems to be OK (time will tell). I'll try and enhance my Andropenis Gold extender as well as I find it really hard to establish a nice snug and comfortable fit without having to fiddle about with bits of foam and wrapped toilet tissue

Try using a rubber sleeve under it, and then get small dog collar (leather) use it as an outer strap in order to get the correct tightness.

Just don't expect to get go to heavy with it.

I made mine today and I hung for 20 minutes with 5lb's with the constant but very mild swaying motion "front to back to pull on the ligs".

I would say this is perfect for me as I am just starting to hang.

One thing I noticed is after 20 minutes of hanging with 5lbs that my glands started to become blue "started, didn't get totally cold" but it is a caution sign. Is there any way I can prevent this? I assume this is where vacuuming comes into play with the expensive hangers etc.

My only reservation is that the weight is only attached by a little bit of Velcro--now, that Velcro does get wrapped up inside the wench, but I am not sure what the weight limit is. I am sure you could easily do 5lbs, and perhaps as much as 10lbs. However, I'm not sure to what weight the Veclro will hold up-- I suppose I'll test it sometime, just for science

I built mine with velcro that said it holds 10lbs. Not sure how it figures that, but with it latched and then wrapped you can hold a lot more than 10lbs. I really like this thing. I use mine as an ADS (no more than 6 hours a day). I built a leg harness with an adjustable tension strap. It is nice, but the capn winch definitely needs a wrap first I use a medical stretch wrap (non sticky and only part of one.) Then I wrap that with medical tape. Hook the winch to it, attach leg strap and I'm off. Really quite quick now that I've done it a couple of times. Just be careful of how big of steps you take since it is anchored to one leg...lol.
