How on Earth did i miss this..Cavalier brought me to this thread, much respect Cavalier!
I'm looking into making one of these myself, the stuff needed can be bought easily, soon as i'm gonna find the time this contraption is mine!
It looks great btw, thanks to Pegym, Thunders, all of the forums for all the material provided, this actually looks like the smartest DIY hanger, perfect for all angles and manual hard-core stretching. Props to you Blink2000

This is what I use. I've said many times I'm not a 'handy' guy and I had no probs making it. It's great and I regularly hang 10-15lbs from mine. And he's right, the parts are easy to find and cost less than $20

I made something like it, I bought the wrist straps and a very soft flexible STRONG strap (can't remember what it was for, it was 5 dollars give or take, about 80cm long, 10cm wide), and with the ID Card nylon neck strap i was allready using I made myself a hanger. I poked a hole through the wrist strap which I place over all the other wrappings I use, and with a big hook atached to the neck strap(it's not necessary; I'm gonna use some strong rope instead, I can't believe this nylon strap hasn't broken ONCE in 3-4 months of hanging 0,5kg-4kg) I easily hang the weights and the grip feels complete on my penis, unlike using a Noose type hanger which seemed to only stretch my ligs...I did gain pretty nice with it though, I guess this is the best now for me, just gonna use the name Captain's wench because of the similarities.

Can someone explain to me if everything is being used showed in the pics in post number 1? When I see the picture with the actual penis I see something around the dick, I see the wench and I see a cable clamp. What is around the dick?

What is a wench used for? My native language is dutch and I can't find it on our amazon (We got a dutch version).

IMO you don't need the cable clamp, just a tough wrist band which will hold a tight grip by itself.
If you are a beginner, you should try the sock hanger, it will hold 1-2kg and even more but that should be enough for 1-3 months.
