A few of you have mentioned you were going to start using this. Bump for updates. What are your thoughts? How has it been working out for you?

Sorry wanted a bump to know how this device is been wearing it for a few days so far anyone gain with it? I still jelq but cant do it everyday due to alot of Overtime at work...

Hey Guys. Wanted to see how your progress has been with the ESL40. I noticed several people purchased one years ago. Do you still use it? Has it given you any gains?

I purchased mine about 6 weeks back, and I've been wearing it 4-5hrs a day with little discomfort. Im able to wear it under jeans, and you'd never know. Gets a little interesting going up and down stairs though haha.

Just curious if I should keep going strong, or if it's a waste of time.

I've been trying the ESL40 for only 2 days since I received it. I've never tried anything else before and plan to make this the extent of lengthening to see if I get gains at all with just this method.

I've noticed some flaccid changes. My unit seems to not turtle as much, but thats about it.
I havent whipped out the ruler recently. I can certainly do that.
Im hoping some other chime in, who have been using theirs for a while. If it works....its a great way to passively stretch your member.

I know this thread is a long time ago, but I need to know If this will work for me, I do Have the VLC tugger, and It did help me keep my extender on for longer, but after an hour it would hurt like crazy. I need something that is not going to mess with my foreskin and comfortable and want the get the ESl40 but am worried about getting the wrong size or any pain that may be associated with it. Can I just buy the sleeve when my old one dies/breaks? Let me know how this has worked for you guy and any gains you maid.

Looks like one of the better cheap ADS I've seen. The main issue would probably be proper tension. With it tied to your leg, seems like you'd either be constricted in movement, or else have highly variable tension that would range from not nearly enough to "Ouch!".

I bought one about a year ago. Spend about 4-6 hours 3-4 days a week in it. About a .75" gain in erect length and about the same flaccid gain too. No other excercises done either. At this point not much more in the last 2 months as far as gains but was worth it.
