    Jelqing is more work to girth right? Thats what i was told, and if hanging is for length I was also told that if i do length one day, girth next day it will be counter-productive. Can i hang and do girth work next day, and jelq the 3rd day? I think if you mix it in it would be great, I know hanging will work well but its just that I dont think it wlil help your girth at all. Thanks, would appreciate any answers.

    well, if you hang every other day you would be making your penis stronger (which you dont want) so if your going to hang IMO I would do it everyday. A veteran can better answer your question in detail.

    ok damn, so no rest for hanging. Perhaps 3 day hanging 1 day rest? I didnt know taking a day off will just make your penis stronger

    I agree. Hanging daily is best. If you're pressed for time, even a single set can help you maintain your gains so far. If you take too much time off and miss days, you might end up taking one step forward and a half-step back all the time, which could slow down your progress.

    I only stop hanging when I feel near injury (if I'm sore, I try to reduce weight or switch angles, not hanging at all is a last resort to prevent injury).

    Of course, reaching the point of injury can set us back too. I suppose guys prefer to 'walk the line' when possible. Learn to push hard and fatigue those tissues, but not so much you get injured. It's a fine line, and if you cross it, you'll have to take a break...
