I remember seeing a site that sells inventive looking extenders.. seems like the whole shaft is being gripped rather than just behind the glans with a noose/strap
Also they sell a traction wrap system.. really quick and easy to put on.
But I can't remember the site D:

I don't know of anyone that has used this device, so I have never seen feedback on it.
