Hi.. :>
I've seen cock pumps before but just thought they were a joke/prank toy.. thanks to pegym I've learned that pumps actually do work.. and are really cool.. cus they can produce good gains very quickly.. albeit temporarily.
- I's buying in the UK
I'm liking the design of this pump.. http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=14797
but can I 'milk the tube'?
it looks a little odd.. the tube i mean.
I'd also know what exactly is 'milking the tube' and when I should be doing it.

At least it has a guage, so thats a good thing. I'm no expert pumper, but I know that tube size isn't a one size fits all type thing. I'll be buying Vacutech soon and they have a size graph to follow and match your stats.

They are a very good pump from what I hear Vacu-Tech Best Value System | Male Enhancement Products
A little expensive, but you can substitute the pump for a generic pump from harbor freight and save a few bucks.

Umm.. if I can't get a vacutech.. is it a big deal if I get one that's internal dimensions are a little off.. not way off.. just a bit?

There are other quality pumps out there, so you could shop around I guess. Maybe one of the pumping vets can give you some better advice.
They way I understand it is you have to match your tube to just a little bigger then your current stats, that way there is less of a chance of fluid build up etc.

GettinThereOk, Calixto, and Diamondback(to name a few) have a lot more experience. If they don't chime in then shoot them a PM.

VacuTech is but one system out there and we here at the gym seem to have an affinity for it - and rightfully so. VT is a great pump system - great quality and good cust service. There are other ones out there: Boston Pumpworks, San Francisco Pumpworks, PumpToys are some other good brands. PumpToys has a great line and it's where I purchase my cock/ball rings from (they have a great looking glans cylinder and two-stage cylinder I will be ordering soon as well).
A big key is cylinder size - this is extremely important. Too small and you get no expansion - too big and you run the risk of injury and discomfort with having your balls sucked in. There are tubes specifically for that purpose (combo cylinders) but unless that's your aim, you need to ensure correct sizing. Easiest thing to do is follow the instructions on the VacuTech site for measuring. One caveat: it says measure NEAR the base but you should measure as close to the base as possible. This will help prevent 'ball suckage' (what a weird term)

Is it possible that this feature "It also has a soft jelly opening that will stretch and accommodate even the girthiest of members!" will allow for a more variable insertable unit size, preventing the ball suckage problem?
