    Today I bought a pulley and rope which I attached to the rafter in the basement, so I could hang straight up. Set up works great, but the feeling is very different than hanging straight down or btc. When I go to release the weights my penis feels like I have a full blown erection even though I don't. Does anyone else get this feeling when hanging like this?

    Yes , I had this , I felt like i was making great gains this way , but i was getting major discoloring , almost black and purple shaft no matter how i wrapped up. I do more of a straight out hang with the pulley now, does not dis color as bad. It sucks for me because OTS was giving great results but the way my unit was looking my chick would of been scared and start asking questions so i had to change it up.

    A black and purple shaft indicates either a technique problem, a poorly designed hanging device, or you simply might be using too much weight too soon. Doing that kind of damage to yourself is counter-productive. You can't sustain it for years, and even if you could, I can't see why you would want to.

    I haven't done SU yet. I will once I have shifted my package so my penis exits my pelvis straight down.

    What hanging device are you using and what wrap do you use?

    I have the bib starter . i use t-shirt wrap, thraband , ace bandage , low weight , heavy weight , played with the adjustment for about 5 months , its just the angle of The over shoulder , It seams to wrench/pinch the skin and once it started discoloring what ever i did just made it worse from that angle , It worked fine for me for the 1st 4-5months then went to crap. I hang down and straight out now, that seems to work for me now.

    An ace bandage can make your wrapped flaccid girth too thick, which then requires excessive tightening of the hanger.

    This leads to severe bruising.

    I recommend you replace the the t-shirt (SS / sweat shirt) and ace bandage underwraps with either an HTW, What-A-Grip or both, then just use theraband on top.

    That should fix your bruising issues.

    I don't seem to have a problem with my penis getting that dark like yours. I agree with blink that you might have wrapped too tight. I just use a bit of cut up tshirt for a base, followed by theraband, which is snug but not tight. I did adjust the hanger for a slight toe out, since I'm hanging at a different angle.
