Ordered the Deluxe Package on the 7th.... got an order confirmation that is all. it is the 18th... and nothing..... I sent them two emails today and nothing... gonna give them a call tomorrow.... Do they ship out of canada? Im not sure I am satisfied with thieir customer service......

They shipped mine from Canada to Texas. Took about 10 or so days, not counting week end days in that. It does have to pass through US Customs.

Got a reply: Got a tracking number for US postage that does not show a damn thing....... states that it entered the country on the 11th of October.... YAY! thats $250.00 in limbo!!!!
How embarassing if it gets in the hands of a neighbor...... so right now I have no idea where it is..... it is in the hands of us postal... I guess..
