    some guys use a plastic milk jug (but they cut it). this has a few benefits:
    1-reduces friction so the weight is more effective
    2-it protects your shoulder if you're using heavy weight / a lot of sets

    That makes sense. I am looking for some perspective.
    I am hanging with 6.25 lbs but would reduce that for any change in position.
