How long are you hanging for? My glands start to hurt and get purple only have five minutes.

I go 20 minutes at a set and then rest for 10 minutes.
How much weight are you using?
What does "OTS" mean?

first get used to an easier angle, then switch to OTS later
or slowly work on increasing the time of your sets.. start with light weight and give your body time to adapt

Remember your should take some of the weigth of the penis, when you are hanging over the shoulder.
i have a pulling concept ready for when im hitting the tuncia hanging.. still doing BTC though

Guys, are there any good pictures/drawings that you can reference for OTS? Do you simply just use a bungee cord, twine, etc to attach to the hanger and pull it over your shoulder with the weights attached? Extra padding for the shoulder? Just curious. I'm still at BTC right now as well, but I am curious as to how one does OTS correctly.

i have a thing (used on ships, for the sails???) in my sealing, and then i put a rope trough there and hanging that way
that way you are hanging lets say all 15lbs that are on in wiegth plates, if you hang 15lbs over the shoulder, then your should would maybe take 3-5lbs of the weigth

I am using something like 10 pounds. The only reason I am using so much is because over the shoulder decreases the pull so you aren't actually getting a full ten pounds pull. If I sit up straight I am also pulling the penis at the same time which may be my problem. I think the only reason why I am getting some fatigue is because of the bundled stretches that I am doing in addition (5x1 minute). Where are you supposed to feel fatigue after doing OTS? Is it the same area as SD? Doing SD gave me a burn on my penis, not necessarily the pubic area.
Starting April 2010: NBPEL: 5.25-5.5
BPEL: Approx. 6
EG: 4.4
End of November 2010: NBPEL: 6.5
BPEL: 7
EG: 4.6
Goal: NBPEL: 7
EG: 5-5.5
New Routine: OTS hanging, bundled stretches in between, erect stretches, 100 jelqs at full erection level.
