    I finished 32 days of a PE routine, and I was wondering if I should incorporate hanging? I'm trying to gain as much as I can by the end of December since that's when a special someone of mine is coming back. Should I just stick to my routine, or throw hanging into the mix to maximize length gains? Thanks!

    Hanging is an advanced exercise and you need far more than one month of PE to be prepared to hang. You should complete your beginner routine before even starting to think about hanging. Check this: Penis Hanging - How Dangerous is It? | Articles
    I do understand that you want to be "ready" for the end of december but you certainly want to have a functional penis at this above all. Trying hanging before conditioning enough your penis will lead you only to injury. You should continu your beginner routine until then: a lot of member made substantial gains with these routines... And remember that sex is not only about size but about how you use your penis so my big advice would be to incorporate a kegel/reverse kegel workout to your routine and some edging as well.
