Last night I started my hanging career. When people say fatigue concerning hanging do u mean that wow this weight is getting pretty heavy feeling. I started off with 3 sets 20 mins each 2.5 lbs and that felt real heavy around the end of the second set I had to stop the third set 5 mins early cause it got so heavy should I just add more weight to start so I reach fatigue earlyer then drop weight? And secondly any advice on how to get a sock hanger to stay on better that was the biggest problem I had.

The most commonly given advice is to use enough weight to feel "fatigue" (however you define that) towards the end of the first set, then decrease the weight, if and as needed, for or during subsequent sets.

IMHO I would do one set 10-15 minutes for the first week, two on week two, three on week three.
This will allow your penis to adjust to the new training regime.
I found this worked for me.
