    Today while doing a JP 90 day workout i had a thoug.
    Lets say i start practising hanging.So my question is: while i hand if i keep warming up my penis will it improve the gains?
    I mean after warm up, i put on the weights and i keep warming up through whole session, will i benefit from it or it doesn't matter?

    I think it falls into the "nobody knows" category. There are many who believe passionately about the virtues of warming up the tissues before deformation, there are others who don't, and there are those in the middle who adopt the "can't hurt, might help" philosophy.

    There are some who do keep heat on with either a rice sock or heating pad held over the ligaments, or by using a heat lamp or infrared lamp. I have tried hanging sitting in front of a radiant wall heater at times. I can't say I have noticed any great difference.

    there are anecdotal examples of guys who have made good gains by using constant heat.

    i agree with redbear that we don't know definitely whether constant heat truly makes a difference. perhaps there are just not enough anecdotal examples for now (for better or for worse).
