I am currently taking a week off (only thing I'm doing is JAIs during the day like when I go to the bathroom), I want to stop hanging for a bit and go back to a manual routine. I did gain while hanging, I like hanging, but I may have gained length too fast and my EQ has suffered. However, I wouldn't mind picking up hanging again in the future.
I honestly think I'm going to break 7 bpel soon and would be satisfied with 7.5 bpel or just over (losing a lot of weight now and my nbpel is getting bigger because of it), and I am at only 5.2 meg and would like another half inch there too. So I figure getting back into more of a manual routine where I can work both would be better. Not to mention I want my EQ back..
Is this risky? Do I need to come down off hanging slowly, like, once a day for a week? Or can I transition right into an advanced manual routine when I'm done with my week off?
