hey guys.
if i am noticing some loss of size, from what i understand, i actually want to continue hanging (as opposed to taking a break) ? Last night i had a pretty intense hanging session, and this morning it seems a bit smaller, so should i thrown on an ADS? please let me know if I should take a break or not.
