Alrighty, so what is the easiest way to remove the padding on the bib starter? I found that with wrapping I can't get it clamped in comfortably without squeezing my dick too much.

It is kind of snug, but can't you just put some slack in the bottom screws, unscrew them a bit?
If you just got it, I might parrot that there is a steep learning curve with the devices. It's taken me a while just to feel it out and see what works and what is comfortable.

You can't re-attach it once you've taken it off. You may as well use a knife to remove it. Sign up to the BibHanger official forums. You'll most likely receive instructions and advice on how to remove it from Bib himself.

I think you could peel it off with your fingers but I haven't tried. You won't be able to reattach it and it will come off in fragments, but if you decide you want it back, send the hanger back to BIB and he can apply new gel. I don't know what the cost is.
