Hi, I'm new here as well as to PE. This is my first post so please don;t be too harsh on me!
I have recently invested in a Gold Edition Penis Extender/Stretcher. It is the type with a silicon noose at the end of it.
I've tried using it a few times but seem to be having some issues. My girlfriend describes my penis as "small when flaccid but larger than average when erect". She's had about 6/7 previous partners to base this judgement on. My penis is about 2/3" when flaccid. However, it gets up to about 7" when erect. My aim was to increase flaccid size and, if possible, increase erect size and girth at the same time (why not?!).
However, as my penis is smaller tha average when flaccid, I'm having issues with the extender. The head of my penis will often "shrink" back through the noose and pop out after a couple of minutes. The only way to get around this is to not use the foam padding, tighten the noose quite tight and tie a simple crossover knot in the silicon tube instead of using the brace (which the silicon seems to slide out of). However, when I take this approach I'm a bit wary. It then holds my penis and stretches is when I extend the rods. The problem is that the head is tied down and after a few minutes becomes numb-ish due to lack of blood flow. If I leave it on for too long, the colour will change slightly and the head feels cold to the touch due to lack of fresh warm blood. This is obviously a route I don;t want to go down, but having spent so much on an extender and finally bitten the bullet, I want to get some use out of it!
Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks all!

Why not start with the beginners routine on here not only to condition yourself and prevent injury but also to prevent yourself from hanging the poor guy! A great way to hurt yourself is to start with extenders without the proper conditioning. Do it the right way, condition and learn more on here, and you'll get to use that expensive piece of hardware you bought!
