im on my 5th week, stretch gains 1/2 inch so far and i just started hanging with the LG hanger.

The grip workout is 45 min hang am 8 lbs to open gaps in cell structure then extend all day to keep gaps open then hang at night 45 min then extend at night.

my issue with hanging is time hanging without my pants off cuz i have a five year old and with out fail she bangs on the bedroom door wanting a drink right after getting the thing on. i wont measure for erect gains till 3 month mark as the protocol for the phallosan in 6 months to an inch at 8 hrs per day. this a more to true estimate of how growth should go. the 3 month thing i think is more of rarity.
