    Bumping this for a quick question instead of making a new thread. I'm looking for a solid extender exercise plan/maintenance plan. My extender didn't come w/ very good instructions (it's a cheaper one obviously) and I was wondering if there was a solid program that's worked great for some of you on here. Like JP's 90 day workout. I also don't know how to measure the "pull" in grams or whatever they want you to do. I just need a dummy program I guess. I know there's gotta be a few on here, but I can't seem to find any. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks guys!

    There really isn't a program. Extenders work by keeping you in an extended state for as long as possible. Start slow. You don't need a bunch of tension. Just enough to stretch your penis beyond normal flaccid hang. I have a BPFSL of 7.25" I usually extend to 6.75". I can extend for eight hours a day. It took me about a week and half to two weeks to work up to that time. Each person is different. Many cannot go eight hours. I live in the tropics and the feel like temperature today was 105 degrees. It was not easy to get 8 hours in today and be comfortable. Strap in and get used to being in the device before applying much tension. The next day add a little more tension. Shoot for time used not maximum amount of stretch. You can put too much tension on it and actually hinder growth. The key is to find a balance where you are at an extended state but comfortable enough that you can stay that way for hours on end with small 5-10 minute rest breaks every 90-120 minutes. While typing this I just hit 8.5 hours for today.

    There is a thread about seeing gains with an extender in this forum. Post 25 https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post285865 has a log and shows a before and then current pic showing gains. The post is 4 weeks old but you can definitely see what I have been doing. Times and tensions are all logged.
