    After 1.2 years of minimal gains, I'm finally gonna jump into the world of hanging, I just finished my first set with a sock hanger but i don't really know what to feel for. At some point there was a slight discomfort so i stopped and will resume a second set soon. I'm doing 2 sets @ 20 minutes. Hopefully this will help break my plateau and give me the length gains I really want!

    I just started hanging last week. I'm anxious to see length gains as well! I also hope to straighten out my donward curve too.
    Just hanging around as usual :)

      That's weird I have a slight downward curve too lol, keep me updated and I'll do the same. Any suggestions for me? Like what sensations to feel?
