How can you wear these extenders for more than an hour or hour and a half?? The noose or the strap is so tight to keep my glands in it that it completely goes cold and dead feeling.

Have you tried using less tension?
If the tension is low, the strap/noose doesn't have to be so tight, and the glands doesn't go cold and numb.

When you start extending or hanging the glans will be getting blue or even black in about 20 mins.
In time your penis adapts to the compression effect and you can wear it for more than 1 hour.
I started with 20mins intervals then 30 mins ,then 40 and now my condition allows for more than 1 hour.
Try to strap with as less compression as is allowed to keep the strap without slipping forward on your glans . Also swall the glans before straping in.

Y'all need to try using the stealth innerwear underneath. The silicone ring on the end allows you to leave the front noose looser while still gripping the silicone ring. The material of the stealth is great for gripping the nooses so you can leave the back one more loose too. You just can't put the innerwear behind the sack or else you won't get a stretch.

Holy crap I just realize for the last six months I’ve been using my extender all wrong Holy crap I just realize for the last six months I’ve been using my extender all wrong. I’ve been using the 3500 mg tension springs screwed all the way down and found just like sweet stick I can only go 45 minutes to an hour and a half tops before the aching in pain started and I had to get it off. I’ve been going off and on throughout the day 45 minutes to an hour and a half but getting a total of about eight hours a day, But I don’t think I am stretching it out beyond my normal direct link so I’m going to adjust the tension down, Length in the rods and loose in the news and see how that works perhaps I can get more time in succession without as many breaks
