    is a rest period really nessariey when extending, right now i do 4-5 hrs 5 days a week and rest for 2 day. i was thinking of having only one rest day or just elimaniting it all together. also is 4-5 hrs a day enough or should i add some more time like 6 hrs a day? i havent seen any change in my erectile length, only that it is a bit thicker but not longer. my stretched length has gone up a bit but thats about it.

    I just started using mine a couple weeks ago so I've been doing a lot of research and forum reading from current and long time users. Your duration seems okay if you just started recently, I'm currently shooting for 6 hours a day. The bare minimum for results seems to be 3 hours according to most people. If you can't wear the thing for at least 3 hours per day then you shouldn't expect results, at least not for a very long time. The max, on the other hand, seems to be around 12 hours a day which I feel is pretty much impossible.

    The good news is that even if you are incorporating days of rest in your routine, the extender results seem to be cumulative. In other words, you don't "lose" anything by taking a day off. If you do 30 hours in a week, take 2 weeks off, then do 30 hours the next week, the total result will still just be the 60 hours of "work" you've put in. So if you feel you need the rest days it shouldn't be a problem, you aren't really losing any ground except for the fact that you could have gotten another 6 hours or so in that day you took off. Anyway, I'm really new at this so perhaps I will try a rest day here and there and see what happens, good luck!

    I've been using Andropenis for 2000hrs. I MAY have got 5mm the first 500hrs, but the last 1500hrs gave me nothing.
    AP is very strict on 9hrs/day, EVERY day, otherwise "results will be minimum". And let me tell you; 9hrs/day is virtually impossible unless you spend the whole day
    sitting on a chair alone at home! The thing has to be taken off and reattached every 60-90mins, and it is also very visible under clothing.
    The first few weeks were easy, the AP didnt pull that hard and I sometimes did 4-5hrs between breaks. But at the later stages things were very different...had to take
    a rest every 60mins, and finally every 15mins! At this point the whole process stopped itself, continuing or going further was completely impossible.
    I've thrown my AP in the 'didnt work' drawer.
    Personally I'm very skeptical to days with total rest. Just a few manual stretches, like every time you piss, may qualify as a non-rest day. Search forum for "turtling".

    Some criteria handy in developing "rest periods" might be:
    Your PI's, ( Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

    Now, one may trade off Positive indicators, it is your call, just be aware of what you are doing. Some extender users may decide on a rigorous wearing routine, or want to use very high amounts of pulling force. It is your responsibility to monitor the side effects, PI's, and control your routines.
    There is more to using an extender than just "amping up" the hours. It is all about wearing it effectively, and safely.

    I have recently found that after a rest day, I am able to reach my maximum stretched length during the first 10 minutes as compared to an hour on the fifth day of continuous extending without a rest day. Just a recent observation. I am taking a rest day today so I will see if my theory holds true tomorrow.

    for how many days do you rest. i rest for 2 days but i think i will try only one day of rest.

    I usually rest one day, but sometimes, if everything feels good, I will start in again after just 15 hours or so. This is what I did yesterday and I got some great stretch this morning.

    yeah, flaccid stretched length gets crazy long FAST, and the experts (Bib and Blink2000) say that eventually those length gains in BPFSL will translate into BPEL solid gains!
