  • Percentage stretch gains

    Hi guys.

I have reached a total of 243 hours of stretching. I have been keeping records and have noticed that for every 2 cm increase in stretch “arms” length of the extender, my stretch length increases by 1.3 cm.
I have translated the numbers which means as follows:
Flaccid Stretch length MINUS ( - ) FL X100 = percentage stretch gain
My stretch gain reads like this
When I started my stretch gain was 28.5%
My stretch gain as of now is 47% (measured from begining FL)
Measured with gain in FL = 32%
My flaccid length has increased by 14% of my original flaccid length.
With these base numbers, I can define my goals better with time as well as determine when and if my stretching has reached its limits and then redefine my routine.

Curious, what percentage stretch gains do you achieve and is hanging stretch gains greater in percentage?

I seriously doubt people have logged this amount of data from their PE.
