Using Extender and ADS

I recently started using a leg strap in combination with my VacExtender as an ADS. I was wondering if time in an ADS can be substituted for time in the extender. For example, is 2 hours using the ADS equal to 1 hour in the extender? Any thoughts on how to equate time in one verses the other?

Not 2- sorry to break in here, but how long a sleeve are you using on your VacExtender? I think my short sleeve may be causing some problems for me in terms of blisters. I have not been using any tape, just the sleeve and the cup mounted on my extender. I wonder if a longer sleeve might spread out the grip a little bit. BTW I am trying to find out where we can get more sleeves for wholesale, will let you know when I do.

I use the 4" sleeve that originally came with the extender. I think your length theory is correct, I have not had a blister yet, though the area around my frenulum sometimes feels hard like a dry patch.

I ordered some sample "foam rubber" tubes from McMaster, but they turned out to be too hard.

@ abhr: I haven't yet tried the ADS leg strap at night; however, I regularly use the VacExtender for two to three hours during the night. Since the tension on the VacExtender is much higher, I would think that using the ADS at night would be no problem and I should be able to get in more hours as an ADS. However, the leg strap could possibly get twisted and cause a problem though. I am a light sleeper so I am confident it would wake me up if I turned and got it twisted. There is a body harness available for pulling the shift straight up which might be safer. I plan on trying The leg strap in the near future (perhaps tonight or tomorrow night) and I will post the results.

Not 2, "I think" this is the stuff and I intend to try some:

McMaster Carr 5236K951

It's $3.94 a foot no minimum order. AutoExtender company charges $20 for three of the sleeves, and if they are 4" each then it is $20 a foot. So you can pay $1.31 per sleeve at McMaster-Carr, or you can pay $6.66 per sleeve at AutoExtender.

Using the VacExtender at home, I have noticed the sleeve material gets fatigued quite a bit. I am not sure it matters like it does with nooses, but at any rate it is good that we have a cheap sleeve supplier. Who knows, maybe someone sells it even cheaper.

Oh wow, I guess I owe you one, I was sure that was it. At least you are out only $20. I will buy the next one and see if I get any more lucky. I am also somewhat disappointed because it sure "looked" right in the product spec page. Make sure they sent you some other tube by mistake? 5236K951 is what we wanted. I thought for sure when says "this tubing can stretch up to 2 times its length and still spring back to its original shape" we had the right material. I guess we need one that stretches a hell of a lot more, don't we. Back to the drawing board. I "will" say that I doubt this stuff is very exotic, it's going to be one or the other on that website.
