I am fairly new to hanging and wont attempt until my 6 months complete, but I recently purchased the bibstarter and i was reading to avoid the shotgun method. I still can't decide when you guys say SO and BTC and etc. if you're hanging how can you do btc??? can anyone please care to explain this to me???? thanks you!
