a few hours after my 1st post,i received my extender in the mail lol (that was some quick a** shipping...) and now a few ?'s remain: how long should i wear the extender each day? and how often should i break in between? i have searched the forums and seen various replies on the subject,but they all varied.anyone have a solid answer?
