  • LOT theory's implications for my jelqing and hanging?

    Hi,

I have been jelqing for about half a year. Most gains have been at the girth and im looking for length gains now.
I have read about the LOT theory. I seem to have a thug back all the way (stronger at 12) and minimal at the buttom.
Perhaps I have a LOT around 7. Does this mean I should ignore low hanging or has anyone still enjoyed success with low hanging and a low LOT?

THe LOT theory suggest high hanging for people wiht low LOT. Any good examples on how this could be done?

What implications will the LOT have for my jelqing?

I generally don't pay attention to LOT. I'll move this to the devices forum, you may get more people with hanging experience to reply.
      Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
      Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

Are the implications simply that I should jelq upwards and hang upwards?
