    Hi,

    I have been jelqing for halft year. Most gains have been to the girth and I would like to try hanging now. My LOT is around 7.
    What would be a decent start up program? Im thinking about both weight and time.

    Where can I see videoes of how to stretch the tunica? I guess the BiB hanger cant be used for this?
    For downwards hanging people usually stand up or?

    I have read about the stretches and im already doing some of them. But I would like to ask how I should hang upwards? People just put the rope over their shoulder?
