Thread: Appropriate to cable clamp yet?

evening everyone,i have been pumping/jelqing for about 4 weeks now( over a month or so) and i have been using a extender for about 2 weeks now and im loving the time put into doing it all
im not sure about "conditioning" for PE (I havent found any effective ways or posts,idf if anyone responded to may last post about it) but i do a hot wrap after every shower and do about 50 jelqs to prepare for my pumping session. i pump 2 half hour sessions a day at about 5 hg (used to be 10 hg,but someone advised me it was dangerous) and i use a cock ring to withhold the air long during my session. i havent exactly figured out how to measure correctly but im managing (need help w/that as well lol) but my ? is that have i progressed far enough to start cable clamping for girth? ( im working on length as well by wearing a extender for 8-9 hours a day (might start sleeping with it on if its safe to do so) i would really like to see more girth on me penis,somewhat similar to shane diesel or shorty mac (pornstar image ik lol but i do see it as something i would like some time in the future) i practice a healthy diet (rarely eating meat, 10 servings of fruit each day, 2 liters of water each day,no fast food,no drugs,no alcohol,no soda, no juice, no junk food, and plenty of exercise and vitamins; zinc, cinnamon, cranberry, horny goat weed, multivitamin (i needed more zinc), and L arginine. should i start clamping? or give it a bit more time? i also need more tips on "conditioning" for PE,i dont want to damage me penis and more tips on blood flow outsiide a hot wrap and jelqing (not a HUGE fan of jelquing to be honest...would like to subsititue it with something different if possible)

Maybe in another 5 months will clamping be an OK exercises for you to throw in. You have to condition yourself before you can just jump into advanced techniques.
And NEVER sleep with an extender on.

how exactly does clamping increase girth? and gotcha,i wont sleep w/one on as advised. also,i am very much need of conditioning exercies,i could not seem to find any on here as you suggested on my last post
i want to do PE correctly so i can start getting some gains as fast as possible but while doing everything correctly,not rushing progress,just trying to get ahold of it faster

Fast is not a phrase that should be used in PE in regards to gains. Gains come slow over a period of time. Trying to go for them fast gets a lot of people injured.
Clamping increases girth by building pressure and expanding the penis more than usual.
