X4 extender for sale

I bought it about 8 months ago but can't find the time to wear it for extended periods. Used the extender about 12 -15 times. Have cleaned it with alcohol swabs. Currently hanging instead.

I am just curious to know (I have a VacExtender), aren't the 'normal' extenders easier to hide under clothing?
