    Hello.

    I've been using a penis extender for about a week now, and it seems like when I sit down or walk around, the noose slips over the head and the device falls. Now, if I make the noose VERY tight, it stays. However, this causes extreme pain.

    What can I do to ensure the penis extender's comfort and security?

    Well, look ... I haven't found any total answer to the issue, but I do make the noose pretty tight! However, I only stay in for half an hour at a time. I don't let the dick head get numb. (I also go 'bareback' without all those comfort bands, etc. I think it gets a better grip that way, as well.)

    But you can also try:

    1. Micropore tape wrapped around the noose where it meets the head
    (or micropore tape on the shaft and groove of the corona
    2. Talcum powder on noose and corona
    3. Replacing the noose regularly - the silicon gets worn
    4. Starting the extender at less than full strength for strap in, and then winding the extender out from the base until you get full stretch.

    Failing all of the above, you might have moved too fast with the extender and you've stretched it out faster than your dick!

    But I have to say, these things are not perfect. It is very uncomfortable and strange to walk around with something gripping your penis and stretching it out (makes me irritable and cranky). And they do fall off! I just have to drop something on the floor, bend over to pick it up, and ... damn, there it goes again - and now another 5 minutes or more to strap in all over. How many times a day must this happen?

    I think the problem I have is my stretched flaccid girth, it's very thin and thats why it slips off

    Try using cord instead of tube for noose material. Also, try slightly smaller diameters. If you search "Carr McMaster" I posted some noose materials that worked for me they sell.

    I have never had problems with slipping unless the silicone noose was worn or I was over stretching. If the silicone is worn it slips out of place and loosens. If I over stretch I am simply putting to much tension on my glans and it pulls free. See if you can determine if this is the cause and fix it. I can wear mine for hours on end without it falling off.

    I wish I had more knowledge to help you because I don't use the noose I use the strap (X-4) but one thing that I didn't see any other post tell you is to make sure you have a nice head swell, even using the strap like I do it helps tremendously to keep it all in there.
    Also I think you need to be proportionate with your flacid length and how many rods you are using, it's better to have a shorter rods to accommodate your flacid then turn the screws to adjust for more tension. Soon enough you will need to add more rods

    ^^^ all true. Good comments. When I was using a noose I always spent the first 15 minutes jelqing for head swell. Also, the rod length is critical. Back off until you can keep it on and do not get caught up in the thing about always adding rods. The goal is extending, not adding more rods to feel good about how long you are.
