I don't know if I'm stupid or what, but when I'm adjusting the tension on my extender, I don't understand how you see which line indicates what, and what it's currently set to. All that seems to happen is the knobs push the tiny little bars ant the bottom out a little. What am I misunderstanding? How can I tell the current tension?

Care to state which Extender you are working with ?Valued Member of 11 years at the TheBiohackerLooks are deceiving, mirrors don't lie.

To should tell by feel. I hold the extender to right angles to my body, increase tension and then when you kegel you should feel the tug against the tension. Then you can drop the extender down facing the floor. It should always remain very taught though, in my opinionAugust 09
