    Hello fellow PEers. I have been serious and going strong for about 10 months now. I started with JP 90, then after that moved up the intensity. I have mostly been doing manual exercises like stretching in all directions, wet jelks, ullis, edging, horse squeezes, bundle stretches, etc.... About 4 months ago I started clamping. At first it worked great, got a good pump and was careful with time and intensity. But the more theories I read I realize my limiting factor is my Tunica, and from what I understand clamping, erect jelking, ullis, and horse squeezes are mainly girth based. I have read a lot of theories and threads on hear, so I have a good understanding of how PE works. My question is, where should I go from hear? I like the manual exercises but I think I have hit a wall with gaining. My EQ is 10 almost every time I get aroused or have sex. which indicates my limiting factor is my Tunica. I want to get back into clamping but I'm worried it wont do anything for me. I hear the best way to work the Tunica is to stretch and hang. But I have heard that clamping also works the Tunica too, from inside forces vs outside forces like with hanging and stretching. Which is the best route to go? And will hanging thin me out? Or will it stretch my Tunica out and let my smooth muscle fill the void and make me thicker? My main goal is GIRTH!!! I would appreciate anyone with an opinion. especially anyone that had my problem and has broke through the wall.

    This is a perfect question, I was looking exactly for this question being posted however it was left unanswered. I dealt exactly with the same matter and decided on clamping, I finished my semester staying o 3 month decon break and now I want to clamp. I´m going for girth. There is the point which is unclear to me, asking if hanging will do something with girth in our case our sizes are very similar our EQ is very the so there is a big chance that what may work for you, may work for me and contrary, I hope there is going to be found another person who sheds more light on your question. we gotta find more people of similar size, meaning big lenght and not sufficiant girth. Do clamping with jelqs and other excercises. I´m currently reading much information on clamping to get started in several days. you may add pumping with bathmate if you dare, I read Redzulu on MOS did make nice gains combining clamping with Bathmate, first he clamped and then pumped and got no gains and then he switched the order and it worked perfectly. But I think that is for more conditioned cock to be effective.

    Clamping is for girth with the possibility of giving minimal length gains as well. Hanging is for length but you will get some base girth, very little to nothing in midshaft girth. The question is really which you want to go for first, girth or length (or both). They aren't like jelqing where you could see length and girth gains, they are pretty mutually exclusive in that they really focus on their respective purpose.

    After reading a lot on hanging i've come to the conclusion that, yes it is mainly for length, but different angles can focus more on the tunica. Like the TGC theory said, your tunica is like a bicycle tire and the smooth muscle is like the inner tube. If the bicycle tire is 14" and you have a 15" inner tube inside it, no matter how much you pump that tire up it will only go to 14". It will just get harder. I think thats what is happening to me. I've read that higher hanging angles will work the tunica. I'm in the process of building the snake hanger from kingsnake. Anyone else with good tunica workouts please share.     have you considered a stretching device, i upped my manual stretching and i think that has helped, id cut th other stuff out and focus on a routine comprised mostly of stretching for 3 months with some jelquing.
    if you dont want girth for now it wouldnt hurt

    I would hold off on the hanging for a while longer. You can always up your routine to include hanging further on down the road.

    I have considered and extender but finances are keeping me back right now, at least for a good one. Thats why I'm building the snake hanger. Very cheap to build. going411by7 why do you say hold off on the hanging for a while? Is it because I've only been doing it for 11 months now? I've read of people starting a lot sooner. Now I do want to be safe though. Also going back to my tunica, it is hard as a rock when erect. Won't hanging at high angles stretch it out so I can fill it with more smooth muscle and gain girth? Thats why I want to start hanging. Not trying to dismissing your advice going411by7, just wanting to know why you advise holding off. Because you definitely know what your talking about. Girth is the priority right now but length is second. I'm closer to my goal length wise than girth.

    this is what i do i hang and do my mornining stretch for an hour altogether, take half a 100mg viagra pill, pump for ten minutes then clamp and edge.

    Sounds intence bakoso. Want a bathmate but cant afford it right now. And I think I might get back into clamping. I already edge at the end of my workouts.
