I have just picked up an extender and have been using it for a little over a month. I am aware of the LOT concept but am wondering, should I be using my extender at certain angles based on my LOT angle. In the past a was a 10 on the Bibs clock and now seem to be at an 8. I am currently wearing the extender at a 6 oclock angle due to ease and comfort. Should I be pointing in a different angle based on my LOT number. I hv been practicing PE for almost a year now, but because of time, I have switched to an extender instead of exercises. I hv read alot about LOT and PE exerceises but almost nothing out there about LOT and extender use. Anybody have suggestions or workout ideas. Thanks
