Bib-hanger advice please

Hello!

Im going to start to hang with the bib-starter. Any advice from experience users would be very helpful to me

Also, is it possible to gain 2" off just hanging in 6 months with bib-starter?

I would say its a really slim chance you will gain 2 inches in 6 months, probably a slim chance u will gain that much in a year. But hey who knows, people gain at different rates. All the info you need is on bib's site or blink2000 has a bunch of useful information on here. Use the search and a lot will come up. My advice is take it slow, it takes awhile for your dick to get used to hanging. 2 inches is a lot though, good luck

Read all the hanging articles on this forum. When you're done with that, you might want to read articles on Bib's forum too.

Most of my content came from a compilation of things: old forum posts, articles from bib & others on various forums & advice directly from Bib to me.

Although my articles are applicable to Vac hanging as well, they are a little more geared towards Bib / traditional hanging. I expect more of my articles are published now (I'll have to take a look). I think I had about 15 articles which Calixto was editing (eventually they will all get published, they are releasing them one at a time).

Thanks for the replies! Warmup before hanging? Can i use anything else than a rice-sock? Hot shower as a warmup?

Rice sock, shower, bath, cup of warm water.. whatever you prefer
