I was just wondering what the Bathmate does to your penis when you're wearing it but not pumping down. You're only meant to pump down every 5 minutes or so - what happens when you wear it and don't pump?

In the time between pumps, the pressure is still there and working on the penis, drawing blood in and expanding the tissue. Just wearing it without ever pumping, absolutely nothing is happening.

Can you wear it without pumping? Wouldn't it just fall right off? It's only attached by suction from pumping.

Well you can continue to hold it against your skin without the suction being in place, but you might as well just use a jar.

the pressure stays just about constant. some air will get in at the base and your penis will expand slightly (even if u dont feel it its expanding)
