I mean use extender during the day and maybe hang at night? or would that be to much?

Just started hanging after years of just about everything else, and I think I've gotten just about all I can out of manual- but I'm still a tad frustrated because lengthwise I am a slow grower and still have about 2 inches before I will be satisfied.
So a Couple of things please....
1) the big time hangers on this forum used to say that if you were going to do a hanging routine that you didn't want to really do any other types of exercise because hanging was so intense you would overwork. It's looking like that thinking has changed a bit? Any new info on that. I do kegels because if I don't after a few days my hardness starts to fade, but I wasn't really planning on much else.
2) I have been hanging from the glans, which is slightly uncomfortable and tricky because I have the missle shape and not the big mushroom cap... but whatever, I deal with it. However, I am thinking I could do a bit heavier weight hanging from the base for the ligaments.
Has anyone ever mixed the two into some kind of routine? I was thinking maybe the first 15 minute session heavy from the base and then the second two 15 minute sessions a little lighter from the glans... any thoughts on that?

Hanging can be intense and exhausting, but you can combine them with other movements- provided that you don't over do it. One method involves doing a few manual stretches prior to hanging [this also works well for extender work] to "pre-stretch" the penis.
You want to stretch the whole penis, and hanging from just behind the glans helps accomplish that. With enough padding (either through more sock folds or adding padding material like silicone) you should be able to hang fairly heavy weights relative to your level of development.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? Im having trouble with this hangar. I am able to put the sock on and attach a weight but as soon as I tie the knot my penis begins to stiff up and get semi hard. I try not to think about it but I think my penis is quite sensitive. Is there anything I could do to lessen the sensitivity?

first i wanna ask this question, if by doing this, is this permanent?
last night i gave this a small test to see how this works and yet im having a little a trouble with this hanger, im not 100% sure if im trying it in the right spot or not, but after i put the sock on and tied up and put the 1 pound weight on, it seems to do more skin pulling then actual pulling on my penis. am i doing something wrong?

Giving hanging ago myself, started with 1.25kg weights with 2-3 sets of 20 mins, do you think this is long enough each day big al?
