    I don't enjoy contradicting any of the senior members here, but I have to say that I somewhat disagree with their responses. The penile tunica has longitudinal and a latitudinal layer(s) with "bands" that traverse to each each end (men commonly have anywhere between 1 to 3 layers to their tunica). When you hang, you do stretch out the layers of the tunica and this may allow for some passive expansion in girth. I wouldn't count on too much from that alone, but you might get fairly decent results if you're able to force erections immediately afterwards. If you have enough tolerance, you might even try experimenting with girth work to see what kind of difference you'll get.

    When done regularly and especially in different directions, hanging can be one of the best ways of building base girth- as malehanger stated above.

    If you've been fairly inactive hanging may help to "train" the tissues of the penis towards better erections, in much the same way some doctors advise wearing condoms can train men with mild ED to use the buttressing of the penis against going flaccid. On that note, abusing hanging can go a long way towards causing negative erection issues and even injuries.

    i get very engorged post hang, and i feel that the intense compression is what may be causing the slight girth gains from hanging as well as more flaccid girth. that compression from fitting your hanger is most certainly tighter than any ultimate squeeze ive ever done, and the ensuing inflammation must be a contributor

    You make it from a sock. This type of hanger is for someone who is unsure if they really want to commit to hanging. A more serious guy will buy an actual device. A quality hanger can be had for $60.

    Right, I was sure this was going to wokr, but after trying with 2 different sock types, I still can't get it to work, simply because when I apply force to the other end, the sock slowly glides all the way down to the glans, pulling from the glans instead of the midshaft, and I tried tying it as hard as I could!

    Anyone have any tips as to how I can keep the knot around the midshaft and not below the glans? Already starting to like the feeling of this.

    Edit: Silly me for not reading the thread. Just did and I guess it's suppose to hang from just below the glans

    Third post in a row, what the heck. I'll be ordering one of those BIBHanger Beginner devices as I can't seem to get the sock hanger to properly work with more weight.
