    Question, what if I simply pull my penis? Say, in place of the extender, I simply pull outwards... and instead of either type of hanging, I pull my penis under the pelvic floor and towards the anus BTB("Behind the buttocks"). Would I not yield the same results? The stretch/extender imitation would be for hours at a time, while the hanging imitation would be for about an hour.

    Personally, I advise almost any type of intense manual exercise over extender work for most trainees because they're more time efficient and intense. That being said, some trainees have a propensity for making much better gains with high volume work. Only through testing and time will you be able to determine what works best for you.

    I know this has been discussed in here but I am using a phone and its not easy flipping through this thread. So my question is about avoiding the slipping issue with the sock hanger. What to use extra beyond the string ties? Where to position the tie around the penis? Just above the glans or on the shaft? Let me hear some thoughts as I try to safely began this sock and string journey. Thanks bigal for helping out the frugal ones.

    Check out my hanging set up here wannahung's Album: hanging setup I noticed Al's link above shows a similar design but here it is in real life with some tweaks. Kind of a spin off of the sock hanger. Somewhat crude but it works well. The foam rubber provides the traction and protection. I have recently been doing exercises with it using 12lbs and not a hint of slippage. What I like about it most, other than it being relatively comfortable and cheap is mid way through a set, if I like I can take it off and work some blood in. It takes less than 30sec to put on and is off in less than that. no wrapping required either.

    ***important***
    the foam rubber should be changed every few hours of hanging to maintain comfort and protection

    Wannahung, your materials look simple a.d more than sufficient. The notched clamp you use is sold where exactly? I'm guessing home depot or something like it? I'll look into the foam wrapping. From there it looks like you have the sock hanger setup around the foam and clamped at the shaft? Where did you find the clamp most comfortable? Different places for different result? Thanks again for the advice

    Yes, the clamp is from home depot. I lock it down about 1/2-3/4" behind the glans then pull on the rope with my hand. If it has gathered the right amount of skin and the clamp is tight enough it will stop when it hits the glans and feel comfortable. It will probably take a few attempts to find the sweet spot. luckily making adjustments to find it is quick. Although I don't seem to have any problem finding it now initially I would get some skin stretch on upper shaft when hanging BTC. If it wasn't too bad I would let it happen for the sake of having a little more to work with. Get foam in a larger diameter than you think you'll need and cut to size (there is adhesive where tube splice attaches after instillation that needs to be removed). The stuff I have is actually too small and is rolled perpendicular to the diameter.
    Oh, when wrapping the foam, I pinch the head, stretch it out then wrap, release pinch and tape. Ends should butt and not overlap and skin should be in natural state.

    Thanks for the details on applying this thing. I've been looking for that specific clamp since it looks strong yet easy to release but am having trouble finding it. What type of clamp is it considered as? And the padding should have adhesive on one side or does that matter? Can't seem to find any without it. I found some shoe pads with the same material which i can cut out. Everything else sounds easy enough. I can't wait to begin this as I finished the jp90 but didn't see results.

    My apologies. It looks Like I may have purchased the clamp and foam at Lowes Shop Gardner Bender Plastic Cord Reel at Lowes.com= It doesn't say specifically the size but I posted a pic of the clamp with measurement in this album wannahung's Album: hanging setup. I cant find the specific foam rubber pipe insulation on Lowes site but I am pretty sure I bought them both at the same place. Man, I could have sworn I bought this stuff at home depot. Anyway, its critical that you get exactly the same foam. I also posted a pic of it in the above album. It has anti-slip properties and is very close to the sponginess of your flesh. I think this allows it to conform and evenly distribute the load around the glans. I was doing my 12lb exercises with my set up last night and I really cant see how it can be more comfortable. It does choke the blood flow in the glans probably just like all the others except vacuum type but my glans have never been numb, cold or purple after 20 min so its allowing some circulation. Hope this helps get you going
