You really need to look for some info rather than just ask for everything, no offense intended. There are at least three articles on pumping in this thread, you open it and actually read through it and you will see them right away.
this thread is the first thread you see everytime you open the devices forum. you find pumping basics, pumping 101 and one or two others in this thread I have provided, free this time, 29.95 next time, but wait theres more.
good luck and try to look for the info as much as posible, when you read it you get first hand knowledge, thats better than the knowledge you get form anothers interpretation, especially if they have misunderstood something and then passed it on to you.
If you start pumping be carefull and stay at lower pressures like 4 or 5 hg and just go for 10 minute sets, its all in the articles in the link.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

dude i started pumping without reading anything on it so my advice is to just go get one and start pumping, base how much pressure you want to use on feeling, if it feels ike its too much don't do so much. Pumping is pretty intuitive and easy so pick up one that looks decent and give it a try if you have a question about something after you've tried it out a bit then you can check out the articles and everything, this is the pump I recommend, it is the only one I have ever used but I am satisfied with it Enhance Travel Pump System - Penis Pumps - Sex Toys

that is some pretty reckless advice, I am not trying to pick on you but if that is the type of advice you are going to be giving, dont give it. For some it comes easier than others but it can be dangerous, maybe you should read about some pumping basics your self, sorry if thats rude but you dont just pump till it feels ok. Some can pump up to 10 and feel fine, think they are ok and then leave it on and presto, effed up pecker. Damn!

my advice was basically to try to get a feel for it yourself, it is fairly easy to tell if you are overdoing it he should be able to gauge what is too much pressure for himself... I think he is better off doing this then trying to use predetermined amounts of pressure which may not be appropriate for him, I pump regularly and I've found it very intuitive, I can't really imagine someone not realizing they are damaging themselves during pumping as too much pressure begins causing pain and discomfort
oh wait I was thinking that he was someone considering using a pump when he's actually someone who has one and is looking for a routine so I'm guess he's already tried it out now and it would be the appropriate time to look at the available info to help put together a routine, you should probably stick to one or two sets of 10-20 minutes a day for a while, warm up first and get hard before you start pumpingLast edited by B1ue; 06-28-2011 at 01:38 PM.

Don't freak out if you get a water blister on the head. If so, you are probably using too much pressure. Make sure you treat the blister with antibiotic ointment. One trick, until your penis head gets acclimatized to the pressure, coat the head of your penis with vasoline before pumping. If you start maxing the girth of your tube, be sure to lubricate your entire shaft so the friction is minimal and you get the maximum length pull.

Hey, Bigo. I clicked on your link and got a data base error. There seems to be a problem with it.
B1ue makes a reasonable point that a beginner may want to start with an inexpensive pump to get a "feeling" for pumping before spending up to $100 for a good quality safe system for following a good pumping routine. However, I was able to start with an on line sex shop pump for under $30. Beginners should be aware that a 2.5" tube is normally too big and would have the tendency to suck in the scrotum which is painful and could discourage a beginner. In any event, if a beginner is aware that a properly sized cylinder and a safe system can often work wonders, a cheap system could be a good way to test out pumping.Last edited by not2big; 06-28-2011 at 03:31 PM.

Penis Pumping 101- An Overview
https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...ng-basics.html
Thank you Not2big, I didnt realize it was jacked up.
These link should do you better on your pumping info, there are several more in the devices forums, GettinthereOK just added to the list and it is highly advisable to read before starting a pump routine, If done properly you should not experience injury.
Injury will easily result if done improperly. I do not know what kind of pump you use but it is also a very good idea to have a guage to monitor pressure. Good luck and stay safeLast edited by BigO; 06-28-2011 at 03:18 PM.

A gauge is a must and you can get a good pump cheaply by checking break bleeder pumps at an automotive store. The Mityvac 8500 is an all metal pump with a carrying case for $60 at Amazon or your local parts supplier.
