    I just started PE but before i realized there was all this stuff about it, i ordered a jes-extender. I was wondering would it be good after I workout should I put it on? to help keep my gains? After im done working out im longer by almost a quarter inch and stay like that for a couple of hours but when i wake up the next mourning im back to my normal size and it drives me nuts.

    Use the extender. They work. It takes time. The longer you are in an extended state the better. It doesn't take a great amount of tension to keep you extended. I try to keep extended to my EL at least 6 hours a day. I do nothing else and have seen an 1 5/8" gain in EL in the last 70 days. By doing both you should see some gains for sure.

    Funflyer has offered a good suggestion. However, since you are new to PE, I would caution you to keep the tension down to a minimum - just enough to maintain that 1/4 inch and perhaps a smidge more so that your cell regrowth will be at the additional 1/4 inch length instead of at your original length.

    I just started a thread on an all day extender (ADS) which would accomplish the same thing, but is less stressful for a beginner.
