as far as my understanding goes, when you start hanging you try to acomplish 3x 20 minute sets everyday for optimal gains, ofcourse though i would imagine starting slow and light at first, and i would imagine taking a day off every week as well... anyway i'm wondering if you start with heaviest weight first and then slowly move down in weight nearing the end of your 20min... or do you move up in weight each set after your breaks, really not too sure about it... i found and made an amazing device called a "the captains wench" it works perfectly... just for starters i used 3 pop cans and reduced 1 at a time as time went on after 20min... if felt pretty good, but indeed i will get my hands on some real weight soon enough, i was just trying it out.
