    So first off i cant take credit for this, i got off a different forum but id thought id share the love.

    So basically what these are is you get in your extender, then after a little while you take something like a cut down pencil (thats what i use) or a popsicle stick and bridge it across your extender either under or over your penis. Your penis should be getting an A or U depending which way you bridge it.

    I just started these so i only do them for a couple 10min sets. This is a good was to mix things up with your extender.

    I believe those are used for curving or straightening a curve a little faster. So if you don't want a curve make sure you spend and even amount of time in an A as you do in a U.

        I believe monkeybar also makes some items specifically for this but nevertheless, great find!
