So a few months ago I figured I would start hanging, let's just say I didn't like hanging. I can't put in the time to effectively hang, hanging contributes to current ED problems(diabetes), hanging takes a lot of time away from my family.
So since I practically saw no gains from hanging, I'm going back to manual for a while.
If in 3 months I decide to add a device, for length. Which is more practical, an ADS or a quality pump. Either one would be combined with manual exercises.
I have never used either one. From what I can gather, a good pump will offer gains faster(w/ manual exercises). But a pump will have to be a constant thing to see permanent gains. I know pumps offer good girth gains, but what about length gains? Will that depend on the tube size?
How comfortable is an ADS? I work at a welding/machine shop as a Shipping & Receiving Manager. My day is pretty much split in half by walking around and sitting at me desk. Is an ADS noticeble through a pair of blue jeans? Will I be able to sit at my desk and get up in a hurry and walk around without issue?
To those that have used both, which do you prefer? Which one have you seen better gains with?
