quick question
Guys i have a quick question. I have gotten back into PE and do basically the newbie routine 3 days on 2 days off. (Manual strecthing and jelqing) I also own an extender and i try to strap in for at least 3 hours a day. Now to my question. I know it says while wearing an extender you should use it everyday, but people say when doing the newbie routine you need to take days off. Should i do the newbie routine 3 days on and 2 days off and use just the extender everyday? Or should i be using the extender with off days as well?

Take it slow for a few weeks to make sure you don't injure yourself. It's a great idea! ( isn't it a great idea? and to think I thought it up all by myself!)

I wear an extender 6 or 7 days a week. It's not like manual work outs in the stress to the body. That of course is my opinion. So I would start slow. Take rest days from manual and extend every day at low to moderate tension. No extreme high tension extending.
