    Ive been hanging now for about a month and already gained a 1/4 in. woot. Anyway I do not think I will need anything past ligament gains on hanging for my goals so I was wondering if I could start clamping seeing as this affects tunica instead of ligs and I have quite a bit to go on girth gains.

    Also soon I will be going to college and do not know how it will go over with my roommate on the whole hanging situation so I was wondering if the gains will be permanent and what kind of maintenance routine I should do.

    Btw I'm using the capt wenchs hangar and it seems to be working well.

    knowing that your going to college and probably wont be able to hang, havr you considered a manual routine. You could probably sneak that in around your schedule alot easier. How long have you been pe ing any how?

    Close to a year. Idk exacts

    I'm hoping I reach my length goals before then because I could get away with clamping I'm sure since it takes less time. But I stopped manual exercises because I started to not see gains for a steady while. Then hanging did it for me.

    Idk does it seem like I'm trying to overwork and do both length and girth very intensely? And I know the whole length before girth but I thought it might be different since I only wanted the lig gains really.

    Wow...I started with hanging for ligament and whatever tunica I get.. about 2 months ago.

    Your length gains are fantastic....perhaps some natural growth at your young age...or natural growth egged on by PE..

    Probably all tunica gain from manual PE.

    You have to do your measurements to see how much you can gain from lig gain from hanging...

    I have thought about that myself. If you are only going for lig gains..then it would seem logical that you could do girth work..but its a lot of work to do both.

    Good luck....sounds like you will have a lot of "success" in college.

    However, you could gain a lot more than 1/4 from lig stretch...why not go for 8 inches non bone pressed? LOL!

    I'd love that. Im going for the just incase approach that my roommate isn't cool with it.

    Also I'm kinda wondering if my young age is pushing my gains along faster. In my first two months of pe I easily gained an inch in length. It kinda sparked my interest after I read a forum about telling your sons about pe. Possibly something to look into if we want a younger generation of pe who maybe can reach their goals better and easier. Def something to pass onto all our sons at the point we have them or already do.
