If I take 30 minute breaks between hanging sessions, do you think that is too long? Is the suggested 10minute break better.

Currently maxing 17.5 pounds, 1 morning set of 20 minutes, 3 evening sets of 20 minutes

Taking arginine after my evening sets, and then I do my daily kegels for 5or 10 mins before bed

BPEL is 7.5
