    hey guys ive finally made the hanger after sooo much drama finding the exact brand products its an awesome clever invention lol anyway i know ur not suppose to rush but i just wacked like 2.5kgs on (5lbs) and its pretty extreme eventually starts to slide off abit but can keep it hanging a while also i find my foreskin stretches over which im trying hard not to stretch it but the penis itself.Also how long does everyone hang for?i really hope this works if u see my other posts ive tred everything and even stopped usign the vimax extender. Any tips to make it more comfortable to wear to would be great as the two rubber stoppers rub abit against my penis. Thanks guys

    I'd suggest you look at Blink's guides in the article section, as well as Bib's site.

    But Bib (or Bigger) advocates starting at 2 or 3 lbs for 3 x 20 minutes.

    Week 2 ... stay with the same weight but start increasing the number of 20 minute sets to the max that you are capable of fitting in ... with the aim of getting to at least 10 hours total hanging time a week.

    Week 3 ... add a lb ... so you're now at 4lbs and aiming for 10 hours a week.

    If all goes well, add another lb each week.

    But that's the very simplified version ... do a little more searching and reading.
