Is there any danger to wearing an extender while you sleep? It's not that easy for me to wear one during the day, since I'm usually very busy.
Also, is it ok to wear one during my beginners 90 day PE routine?

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever sleep with an extender on. If you lose circulation or other issues happen, especially problems from nocturnal erections (these happen every 30 minutes or so), you wont be awake and alert to notice and remove the extender to prevent damage.
Sure, it's fine during the first 90 days, just when you're awake and able to watch it.

Ok, thanks. Last thing I want is to wake up with a broken penis! I put on my extender after my PE session, but only fpr an hour right now since I'm working my way up to more time.

Sleeping is definitely a bad idea as DemOne said. I have fallen asleep several times but have never slept thru a nocturnal erection. It's a bad idea for the reasons he stated. Now as soon as I start feeling tired I take it off whether laying down or sitting in the recliner.

This is the problem with extenders I feel, they require prolonged usage, they feel so dam uncomfortable and awkward. I used the Jes extender and it was horrible. the strap cut off circulation and wearing it in bed was almost impossible as any significant movement caused it to slip off, not to mention the suspension bars catching your skin.

One of the videos, I think the proextender says you can wear it while sleeping but if you turn in your sleep it will come off, and if you get an erection it will also come off, but I'd rather not try it

Yeah it is a very crude design, I bought into the hype a few years ago and with it costing over £100 you'd expect a bit of quality. Still, wearing an extender for hours is not practical at all.

Got the x4, I try to sleep with it on every now and then but it's impossible to leave it on for more than 40 minutes I always wake up from the pain.
