After my full day of extending and before bed I traction wrap my penis. Do you think sleeping with it on is okay? I have not found it to be a problem over the last couple of days. I even wear it elsewhere when not extending.

What material are you using to wrap with?
It would depend on how snug that wrap is.
I don't advise wearing anything that might restrict blood flow to your penis when you are sleeping. If something goes wrong, you probably won't know until hours later.

The layer that is contacting the skin is like cotton and white (forget the name, but in the medical section of the pharmacy) and the next layer is ACE bandage which is the tanner looking wrap for sprains and such.
